Financial Provisions

132 Payment of salaries and expenses.

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)

all salaries, remuneration and other sums payable under Part I of this Act or under section 131.

(b)

the expenses of supplying the F1the county court and its offices F2, and the family court and its offices, with law and office books and stationery and postage stamps;

(c)

expenses incurred in conveying to prison persons committed by F3the family court or the F4county court ; and

(d)

all other expenses arising out of any jurisdiction for the time being conferred F5on the family court or any officer of the family court or on the F4county court or any officer of the F4county court.
