Part VII E+W Committals

120 Prisons to which committals may be made. E+W

Any person committed to prison by the F1 ... county court, in pursuance of this or any other Act or of [F2 rules of court], shall be committed to such prison as may from time to time be directed in the case of that court by order of the Secretary of State.
