In subsection (3) of section 7 of the Arbitration Act 1979 (interpretation of certain provisions of Part I of the Arbitration Act 1950) for the words “section 92 of the M1County Courts Act 1959” there shall be substituted the words “section 64 of the County Courts Act 1984”.
