34 E+W+S In section 7(3), for “Section 84C(1) to (5) and (6) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967” substitute “ Paragraphs 20 to 23, paragraph 24 (except so much of it as relates to appeals by district councils) and paragraph 25 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ”, and for “subsections (1) and (5) of that section” substitute “ paragraphs 20(1) and 24(a) and (b) of that Schedule ”.

(a) in subsection (1), in the definition of “traffic sign”, for “1967” substitute “ 1984 ”; and

(b) in subsection (5), for “or 37(2)(c) of this Act” substitute “ of this Act or section 61(2)(c) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ”.
