A person guilty of an offence under section 2 above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of an amount not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.

A person guilty of an offence under section 23(1) above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of an amount not exceeding the statutory maximum or on conviction on indictment to a fine.
