In section 9(3) of the [1947 c. 54.] Electricity Act 1947 (which applies section 14 of the Schedule to the [1899 c. 19.] Electric Lighting (Clauses) Act 1899), for the words from " relates " to " shall" there shall be substituted the words " relates to the operator of a telecommunications code system shall ".
