Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953 (c. 49) E+W+S

8 E+W+SAt the end of section 6 of the 1953 Act (grants for acquisition of historic buildings) there shall be inserted—

“(4) This section applies only where the property or buildings are not situated in England.”
