(2)Section 13(1) of the M1City of London (Various Powers) Act 1971 is amended by substituting for the words “section 51 of the Public Health Act 1961” the words “sections 5 and 6 of the Litter Act 1983”.
(3)The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
