SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Transitional and Saving Provisions

46 U.K. For the purposes of section 15 of the M1 National Health Service Reorganisation Act 1973 (preservation of certain boards of governors) any provision of this Act which corresponds to a provision amended by that Act shall be treated as if it were such a provision and any reference in any order for the time being in force under that section to such a provision shall have effect as if it were a reference to the corresponding provision of this Act.
