60In paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the [1981 c. 61.] British Nationality Act 1981.—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for the words " Part V of the Mental Health Act 1959 " there shall be substituted the words " Part 111 of the Mental Health Act 1983 " ; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(b) for the words " Part V of the Mental Health Act 1959" there shall be substituted the words " Part III of the Mental Health Act 1983 " .
