SCHEDULE 4 E+W Consequential Amendments

48 E+W In section 16A(1)(b)(ii) of the M1 National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 for the words “section 10 of the Mental Health Act 1959” there shall be substituted the words “ section 116 of the Mental Health Act 1983 ”.
