42E+WIn Part II of Schedule 1 to the M1House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 in the entry relating to Mental Health Review Tribunals for the words “constituted under the Mental Health Act 1959” there shall be substituted the words “ constituted or having effect as if constituted under the Mental Health Act 1983 ”.
