65Appointment of justices of the peace
In section 6(1) of the [1979 c. 55.] Justices of the Peace Act 1979 for the words from " on behalf" to " Chancellor " there shall be substituted the words " by the Lord Chancellor by instrument on behalf and in the name of Her Majesty ".
