Schedule 2 to this Act (which contains amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act, transitional provisions and savings) shall have effect; and the provisions of that Schedule are without prejudice to sections 16 and 17 of the M1Interpretation Act 1978 (which relate to repeals).

Subject to the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Act, the enactments and instruments specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby repealed or, as the case may be, revoked to the extent specified in the third column of Schedule 3.
