PART I

The [1975 c. 37.] Nursing Homes Act 1975

52 In section 3(2)(c) after the words "the Mental Health Act 1959" there shall be inserted the words " or the Mental Health (Amendment) Act 1982 ".

53 In section 10(2) after the words " the Mental Health Act 1959 " there shall be inserted the words " or the Mental Health (Amendment) Act 1982 ".
