23In section 42(3) of the [1980 c. 22.] Companies Act 1980 for the words " section 14 of the Insurance Companies Act 1974 " there shall be substituted the words " section 18 of the Insurance Companies Act 1982 " ; and for the words " section 34 " there shall be substituted the words " section 42 ".
