[F17 Interpretation of Part I.U.K.
In this Part of this Act—
“the Bus Company” means the National Bus Company; and
“subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with [F2section 736 of the Companies Act 1985]] and “wholly owned subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with [F2section 736(5)(b)] of that Act.
