35In Schedule 1 to the Juries Act 1974 (persons ineligible for or disqualified from jury service)—E+W+S+N.I.

(a)in Part I, in the entry beginning “governors, chaplains,", for the words “borstal institution" there shall be substituted the words “youth custody centre"; and

(b)in Part II—

(i)in sub-paragraph (a) for the words “or for a term of five years or more" there shall be substituted the words “, custody for life or to a term of imprisonment or youth custody of five years or more"; . . . F1
