85 Financial provisions: property of persons in custody.S
(1)Any moneys received by the chief constable as the proceeds of the disposal of property to which this Part of this Act applies shall, pending their payment under section 82(5) of this Act, be paid by him to the [F1Scottish Police Authority] .
