10 Re-allocation of responsibility for the establishment of nature reserves. S
In section 21 (1) of the M1National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 (which relates to the establishment of nature reserves), for the words “a regional, islands or district council” there shall be substituted the words “a general or district planning authority ”.
