7SIn section 4 (which relates to the variation of rate support grant orders), for subsections (2) to (7) there shall be substituted the following subsections—
“(2)A rate support grant order made by virtue of subsection (1) above with respect to any year may vary matters prescribed by the rate support grant order which first fixed the estimated aggregate amorount of the rate support grants for that year.
(3)A rate support grant order may, if the Secretary of State considers it practicable that it should do so, relate both to an estimated aggregate amount of the rate support grants determined, and to such an amount redetermined, under section 2(2) of this Act.”.
