(2)After paragraph 5(1)(d) of Schedule 3 to the M1Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 (the equivalent power as regards Scotland) there shall be inserted—
“(dd)make provision for the custody and, where appropriate, eventual destruction of documents relating to any such stocks or bonds”.
