3Section 10 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 (accidents in connection with training), as it applies otherwise than in relation to the Agricultural Training Board, shall have effect as if after the word " board " in subsection (1) and in each place where it occurs in subsection (3) there were inserted the words " the Commission or the Minister ".
