27In section 1(6) of the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978 (rebates for hereditaments with special facilities for disabled persons) for the words " section 11 or 12 of the Local Government Act 1974 " there are substituted the words " section 28(1)(a) of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982 (whether or not modified under section 30(1)(a) of that Act) ".
