The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982

42 In paragraph 9 of Schedule 5 to the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (proceedings excluded from Schedule 4 to that Act) for the words " section 3 of the [1964 c. 29.] Continental Shelf Act 1964 " there shall be substituted the words " section 23 of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982 ".
