39U.K.In section 132(4) of the M1Patents Act 1977 (application of Act) for the words from “in connection” to “resources” there shall be substituted the words “ or specified by Order under section 22(5) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982 in connection with any activity falling within section 23(2) of that Act ”.
