3In the proviso to section 75 of the [1872 c. 94.] Licensing Act 1872, omit the words from " in the case of persons intending to apply for billiard licences " to " or as near thereto as the circumstances admit; and " (which provide for the giving of notices by persons intending to apply for the grant or transfer of a billiard licence).
