Secretary of State’s aerodromes
26 Consultation with local bodies.
In the management and administration of any aerodrome vested in him the Secretary of State shall make such provision as he thinks necessary to ensure that adequate facilities for consultation are provided for—
a
the local authorities in whose areas the aerodrome or any part thereof is situated;
b
other local authorities whose areas are in the neighbourhood of the aerodrome; and
c
other organisations representing the interests of persons concerned with the locality in which the aerodrome is situated.
