3In sections 4(4) and 11(3) of the [1973 c. 50.] Employment and Training Act 1973 for the words "within the meaning of the Industrial Training Act 1964 " there shall be substituted the words " established under section 1 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 or section 1 of the Industrial Training Act 1982. "
