26In subsection (1) of section 6 of the said Act of 1967 (evidential effect of certain documents and records)—
(a)in paragraph (a)(ii), the words " or this Act" shall be omitted; and
(b)at the end there shall be inserted the words—
“In this subsection ' record ' has the same meaning as in the [1962 c. 8.] Civil Aviation (Eurocontrol) Act 1962.”.
