6In section 13(2) of the 1976 Act (substitution in Northern Ireland of references to the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland for references to the Secretary of State in specified provisions) for the words " 1(2), (3) and (4), 2(4) " there shall be substituted the words " 1(2) to (4) and (10), 2(4), 4(1B) ".
