15 Application to orders under section 141 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980.E+W
In relation to any order under section 141 of the M1Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (which provides that such an order shall have the same effect as a general vesting declaration) this Act shall have effect subject to the modifications specified in Schedule 2 to this Act.
