28 In the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980—

(a) in section 4(4)(a),

(b) in section 20(1)(ii),

(c) in section 99(4),

(d) in paragraph 7 of Schedule 16, and

(e) in paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 32,

for "New Towns Act 1965 " substitute " New Towns Act 1981 ".
