Saving as to certain provisions relating to housingE+W
6E+WNotwithstanding the repeal by this Act of subsections (2) and (5) of section 4 of the M1New Towns Act 1959 those subsections have such effect as they had immediately before the commencement of this Act; and the power conferred by virtue of sections 152(3) and 153(4) of the M2Housing Act 1980 to bring into operation Schedule 26 to that Act (repeals) has effect as if that Schedule included a reference to this paragraph.
