10 Retention of receipts by certain bodies. E+W+S

(1) Any sums received by a body to which this section applies shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund except to such extent as the Secretary of State and the Treasury agree to their retention by that body.

11 Short title, repeals, commencement and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Employment and Training Act 1981.

(2) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act (which include spent provisions) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
