3E+WIn Schedule 2 (provisions applicable on order for retrial), paragraph 2(4) shall have effect, and be deemed always to have had effect, as if for “Section 17(2) of the Criminal Justice Administration Act 1962” there were substituted “ Section 67 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967 ”.
