3Forestry Fund.
In section 41 of the [1967 c. 10.] Forestry Act 1967, after subsection (4) there shall be inserted—
“(4A)There shall be paid out of the Forestry Fund into the Consolidated Fund such sums as the Ministers may from time to time with the approval of the Treasury direct.”;
and subsection (7) (powers of investment) shall cease to have effect.
