TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1972

10 In subsection (2) of section 260 (which specifies the orders in relation to which the Secretary of State has default powers) the following paragraphs shall be inserted after paragraph (b): —

“(ba) orders under section 49A of this Act;

(bb) orders under section 49B of this Act;”.
