11In each of sections 127(3) (interest on certain local authority expenditure) and 130(10) (interest on expenditure recoverable from dispossessed proprietor), for the words " the rate for the time being fixed for the purposes of section 25(1) of the [1969 c. 34.] Housing (Scotland) Act 1969 " there shall be substituted the words " such reasonable rate as the local authority may determine. ".
