97 Short title, extent, and commencement.E+W+S
(1)This Act may be cited as the Animal Health Act 1981.
(2)Sections 93 and 95(6) above apply to Northern Ireland, and Schedule 6 to this Act, so far as it repeals provisions of the M1Diseases of Animals Act 1950 which applied to Northern Ireland, but apart from those provisions this Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
(3)This Act shall come into force on the expiry of the period of one month beginning on the date of its passing.
