Fitness of public service vehicles E+W+S

[F1 9A Extension of sections 8 and 9 to certain passenger vehicles other than public service vehicles. E+W+S

(1) Section 8 of this Act shall apply, F2 . . ., to any motor vehicle (other than a tramcar) which is adapted to carry more than eight passengers but is not a public service vehicle as it applies to a public service vehicle.
