12In section 8(8) of the Road Traffic Act 1972 the words " Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1960 or" shall be omitted and there shall be added at the end the words " or Part II or III of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (including an offence under section 30(7) of that Act as applied by section 45(6) thereof). "
13In section 37(5) of that Act after the words " 1967" there shall be inserted the words " or the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981) ".
14In sections 44(4), 53(2), 56(1), 58(2), 82, 113(1), 124, 160(4), 163, 173(2) and 188(4)(a) of that Act for the words "Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1960 " there shall be substituted the words " the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ".
15In section 50(6) of that Act for the words " section 128(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1960 " there shall be substituted the words " section 7(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981. "
