2E+W+N.I.In section 21A of the M1Administration of Estates Act 1925 (debtor who becomes creditor’s executor by representation or administrator to account for debt to estate) the reference in subsection (2) to the M2Limitation Act 1939 shall be construed as including a reference to this Act.
