61 U.K. In section 2(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1967 for “section 29 of the Criminal Law Act 1977” substitute “ section 33 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”, for “subsection (2) of section 23 of the said Act of 1977” substitute “ subsection (2) of section 22 of the sadi Act of 1980 ” and for “the said section 23” substitute “ the said section 22 ”.
