13In Article 109(1) of the said Order of 1978—
(a)for "Article 40 of the Insurance Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 " substitute " section 36 of the Insurance Companies Act 1974 ";
(b)in sub-paragraph (a) for " Insurance Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 " substitute " Insurance Companies Act 1974 ";
(c)for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to exercise a power conferred on him by the Insurance Companies Act 1974”.
