The Industrial Assurance (Companies Forms, etc.) Regulations 1968
5In regulation 1(1) of the [S.I. 1968/1571.] Industrial Assurance (Companies Forms, etc.) Regulations 1968 at the end of the definition of " collecting society " there shall be added the words " or Article 2(2) of the Industrial Assurance (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 ".
6In regulation 5 of the said Regulations of 1968 after the words " that class " there shall be inserted the words " in respect of such business carried on in Great Britain and such a statement in respect of such business carried on in Northern Ireland ".
7In regulation 7 of the said Regulations of 1968 after " 1923 " there shall be inserted the words " or Schedule 5 to the Industrial Assurance (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 ".
