25After section 55 insert—
“55ADocuments deposited in Northern Ireland.
Any insurance company which is required to prepare and deliver accounts under Article 3 or 11 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 shall deposit with the registrar of companies in Northern Ireland one copy of—
(a)any document deposited with the Secretary of State under section 18(1), 18(2), 18(6), 34(4) or 43(4) above ;
(b)any document supplied by the company to the Secretary of State under section 18(5) above.”.
