In section 23(2) of the said Act of 1975 and section 18(2) of the said Act of 1976 (discrimination by education authorities) for the words “the Education (Scotland) Acts 1939 to 1974” and “the Education (Scotland) Acts 1939 to 1975” respectively there shall be substituted the words “ the Education (Scotland) Acts 1939 to 1980 ”.
