10In subsection (5) of section 31 of the [1963 c. 33.] London Government Act 1963 for the words " the Education Acts 1944 to 1968 " there shall be substituted the words " the Education Acts 1944 to 1980 " and in subsection (10) of that section for the words " section 13 of the said Act of 1944 " there shall be substituted the words " section 12, 13 or 15 of the Education Act 1980 ".
