15 In section 1(1) of the [1968 c. 17.] Education Act 1968 after the words "section 13 of the Education Act 1944" there shall be inserted the words " or section 12 of the Education Act 1980 ".

16 In section 3(4) of that Act for the words " section 13 of the Education Act 1944 " there shall be substituted the words " section 13 of the Education Act 1980 ".
